I have a degree in Engineering from Cambridge University, and passed the Level 1 Japanese Language Proficiency Test in 1992. I earned a Grade 1 in the Business Japanese Proficiency Test (BJT), and a Grade A in the Japanese Oral Communication Test, open only to candidates who have obtained Grade 1 in the BJT.
I also have over 12 years experience in a range of strategic, managerial and operational roles with blue-chip manufacturing organisations in Japan and China.
While my main occupation is translation, I am also a keen amateur Baritone singer.
